Required Skills

Experience:

15+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile).

5+years of Mandatory

project management experience.

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

Develop and maintain partnerships with third party resources, including vendors and researchers

Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Proven experience in

Oracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, and Change Management .

Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows.

Hands on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems.

Excellent communication, client facing, and documentation skills.

Prior experience working in manufacturing, hi tech, or life sciences industries preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Provide functional expertise across Oracle PLM modules such as Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, and Agile PLM.
