Oversee daily food production operations
Operate and maintain production equipment
Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
Lead, train, and support your production team
Maintain accurate records and monitor production metrics
Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment Skills and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous food production or manufacturing experience
