What You'll Be Doing:

Pulling and sorting lumber on the production line

Stacking and packaging finished lumber for shipment

Setting stickers to prepare lumber for drying

Labeling products with barcodes for tracking

Keeping your work area clean and organized

Staying alert and working safely around machinery

Moving quickly and carefully to keep production flowing What We're Looking For:

Physically fit: able to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for long shifts

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

A team player who's reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Someone who can handle repetitive tasks but thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong communicator with a positive attitude
