Transport Driver

The Transport Driver is responsible for safely transporting ALS/BLS patients from Elizabethtown Community Hospital to CVPH, UVMMC, AMC, Albany Medical, and other associated trauma centers. Qualifications / Job Requirements:

Education / Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must possess a valid New York State driver's license to operate assigned vehicles.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to communicate well with managers, coworkers, hospital staff, patients, and visitors of ECH as well as other facilities.

• Conduct his/herself as a self-directed professional, courteous attitude, works independently with minimal supervision.

• Must maintain strict confidentiality as specifies in hospital policy and procedure.
