Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule (no weekends!) Compensation

$44,000-$46,000 annual salary What You'll Be Doing

Support the accounting team by accurately managing vendor invoices and payment details

Ensure timely processing of payables and maintain organized financial records

Communicate with vendors to confirm information and resolve billing questions

Verify data entered by others to maintain consistency and accuracy across systems

Assist with payment runs and account reconciliations

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Contribute to special projects and provide general accounting support as needed What You'll Need to be Considered

6 months to 1 year of accounts payable experience

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Oracle Cloud

Ability to multitask with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
