Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility and daily upkeep of public areas, as well as supervision of the Housekeeping Department.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Interview and hire staff for the department, and train new housekeeping staff to perform their duties; post work schedules and cleaning schedules

Ensure facility is kept clean at all times; make daily rounds of facility to ensure that areas needing attention are cared for by the staff responsible for the area

Maintain budget for supplies

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required

Previous housekeeping experience required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred
