Charter Foods, a franchise of top brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is searching for a Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor to assist our Management Team in delivering exceptional service and quality. In this role, you will take charge of your shift, leading your team with enthusiasm, providing guidance, and ensuring every task is completed to the highest standards. You will have a significant impact on maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and motivate team members while working alongside them.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.

Deliver safe and quality food to customers promptly.

Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring trash is managed properly.

Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for the majority of your shift.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.

High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic computer skills are required.

Reliable transportation is necessary.

Strong analytical, business math, and decision-making skills.
