About the role:
As a Manager, HRIS Technical you will lead technical projects to improve Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and related business processes across the global organization. You will maintain system functionality across HR operations, ensuring and improving data integrity. You will report to the Senior Manager, HRIS, 100% Remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a global team of subject matter experts promoting opportunities for development.
Deliver HRIS projects ensuring application of standard project management oversight procedures.
Responsible for implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems in collaboration with IT. Oversee configuration and development with adherence to change control processes.
Lead M&A activity from due diligence through system integration with internal and external partners.
Maintain close partnerships with company partners across HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance to guide HR projects and ensure system compliance.
Evaluate HR technology trends to enhance system functionality and employee experience. Increase adoption of new system features with a focus on change management.
Monitor system performance. Identify opportunities for automation and implement sustainable enhancements that ensure we align HR systems with organizational goals and scale them for growth.
Develop tools for visibility into resource capacity. Communicate resource plans with our partners based on work prioritization.
Manage system vendors to improve performance and ensure strategic agreement. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Human Resources Business or Information Technology degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in HR data administration, HRIS, or related field
Experience supervising global teams (contractors and employees)
Knowledge of HRIS platforms, including HR service platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
Knowledge of HR data governance, compliance regulations, audit support, and change control processes.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
Experience with project management approaches, tools, and project phases. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.
