Full Support Staff & Autonomy

Responsibilities

Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Performs administrative, clinical, and professional tasks related to ABA service delivery

Supervises and manages staff providing ABA services to children with Autism and their families

Provides clinical supervision, staff development, mentoring, and training

Ensures fidelity to the ABA service delivery model

Collaborates as a member of the clinical team

Conducts assessments and completes related reports

Delivers direct ABA services to children and families

Requirements

Compassionate, client-focused approach

BCBA license in the state of Michigan

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA

Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation
