Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.

Guide customers on using their technology and recommend additional services as needed.

Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring a tidy work area and strong team communication.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.

Schedule Flexibility: Be ready to travel and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Physical Ability:

Capability to climb ladders up to 40 feet.

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Must maintain a weight limit of 335 pounds.

Customer Focus: Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience.

Problem-Solving: Be prepared to address various challenges on the job.

Determination: Work efficiently in diverse environments and weather conditions.

Adaptability: Navigate changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment screening, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation noted reflects a combination of hourly pay and location pay differential.
