Established mid-size Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 -5 years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. We are looking for someone who is aggressive, has excellent organizational skills and is proactive in supporting their client's legal needs.

Duties will include:

Litigating Arbitration Level Cases through Award

Drafting Responsive Pleadings

Drafting & Responding to Motions, POs

Taking Depositions

Completing Discovery

PA license required

Required Experience

Minimum of 2-5 years of Personal Injury Experience

Minimum of 2-5 years of Arbitration Experience

Salary commensurate with experience.
