A consulting company in Myrtle Beach so seeking an experienced and analytical temp-to-hire Bookkeeper to assist with several clients financials. The ideal candidate will have several years of bookkeeping experience, strong multitasking skills, and experience with QuickBooks online.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping for Multiple Companies/Clients
Construction/job cost - Cost of Goods Sold
Cash management - monitor daily, send wires
Preparation of Budgets & Cash Flow forecasting
Preparation of Proforma Financial Statements
Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements
Processing of Accounts Payable
Processing of Accounts Receivable - including overhead allocations
Intercompany payables and reconciliations
Preparation of Year end 1099's
Recording of HUD's and other legal documents Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks online required
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle duties for multiple clients and balance multiple responsibilities
Communicate effectively both internally and with external clients Compensation:
$20 - $25/hr
