Golf Outside Services Supervisor

Colony West is now hiring for the opportunity of Outside Service Supervisor. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule and support outside service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.

• Promote golf and club activities through positive interactions with Guests.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs to ensure staff are well-prepared and professional.

• Provide hands-on assistance to golfers, including loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play.

• Ensure post-round services are delivered, such as club cleaning, cart check-in, and assistance to vehicles.

• Coordinate with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor and verify employee time reporting using the time management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Respond professionally to Guest inquiries, including last-minute requests and changes.

Job Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.

• Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if you have previous experience in one the following types of jobs:

o Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.
