Join us as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Educational Services, where you'll provide district-wide coaching and consultation to empower teachers, social workers, and students. This is a leadership-oriented role focused on guidance, collaboration, and strategy, rather than hands-on service delivery.

You'll conduct behavioral evaluations, develop and implement intervention plans, and train school staff to create positive, inclusive learning environments. If you thrive on shaping systems and supporting educators, this opportunity is for you!

Location: Dolton, IL 60419

Support students without IEPs and help teachers implement effective strategies.

Act as a clinical leader who observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery.

Ideal Candidate

Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Experience in school-based behavior analytic programs preferred.

Minimum 1 year pediatric experience (preferred).

Strong understanding of high school students' functional needs and independence goals.

Ability to adapt to diverse school environments and collaborate effectively.

Open to newer BCBAs-we value enthusiasm and growth!

CPR certification (if applicable).

TB screening and health certificate per state regulations.

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

At least 18 years of age.
