Provide field technical service for commercial printing presses and color copiers. Utilize electromechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Offer input on operational methods and programs impacting business management strategy in the assigned geographic area. Apply knowledge of electrophotography within the printing industry. Candidate will be expected to participate in onsite training for customers that will achieve goals and objectives set by the business to support growth. Qualifications: Proven experience in field technical service for commercial printing presses or color copiers. Strong electromechanical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer relations skills. Proficiency in computer programs used for hardware interfacing. Reliable transportation for onsite customer visits.
