Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spokane home services team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newly certified BCBA eager to grow, you'll find the mentorship and flexibility to excel in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home-based settings

Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress

Supervise and mentor RBTs, CBTs, and support staff

Partner with families to promote skill generalization and success

Maintain documentation consistent with BACB and clinical standards

Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing clinical development Qualification:

Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Excellent communication and leadership skills
