Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Glasgow (Central Belt)

Salary: Up To £81K DOE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client ' s dynamic commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of a key project or region, providing expert advice and support to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Take commercial lead on projects to ensure cost, quality, and time targets are met

Prepare and manage accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and applications

Manage subcontractor accounts and procurement processes

Ensure compliance with contract terms, processes, and business standards

Mentor and support junior team members in their development

Collaborate closely with operational teams to maximise project outcomes About You:

BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Working toward or holding RICS/CIOB membership

Proven experience managing commercial aspects of large-scale contracts

Strong knowledge of commercial systems and SOR contracts

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and team management skills

Confident communicator with solid planning and decision-making ability
