Primary Responsibilities:

The Concierge is the first impression of the community. This role is all about going above and beyond to enhance the experience of residents.

The Concierge will answer questions, assist with directions, transportation and recommend local events and venues. The Concierge should be able to handle a variety of critical resident and property management needs. As aConcierge, your primary responsibilities include:

Greet residents, prospects and visitors with a smile, positive attitude and professional demeanor

Successfully meet the needs of prospective and current residents in person, over the phone or via email with any task or request made, including but not limited to leasing information, community information, neighborhood information and service requests

Maintain extremely high professionalism including appearance, demeanor, customer service and work environment

Create an environment where residents receive value that results in high retention and rent growth

Keep lobby clean and presentable during entire shift including workspace free of clutter

Maintain coffee stations with proper supplies and clean regularly What you bring to the role:
