Manufacturing Machine Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator for a company based in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate and maintain production machinery, ensure product quality and contribute to efficient manufacturing processes.

Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment safely and efficiently.

Set up machines according to specifications, adjusting settings for speed, material feed, and alignment.

Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and report malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience as a machine operator, assembler, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.

Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
