Commercial Handyman/Janitorial

Description

This hybrid role involves both general maintenance and janitorial duties at our commercial properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring our buildings are clean, safe, and functioning smoothly on a daily basis.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas

• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Empty trash and recycling bins

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Report maintenance or safety issues as needed

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs- (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)

• Maintain the landscape of our two stores

Requirements

• Experience in commercial property maintenance or general handyman work

• Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and basic building systems

• Ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment safely

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong work ethics and excellent problem-solving skills

Will be in charge of managing and scheduling the other Janitor

Salary Description

$22-$28 HR
