Clinical Expertise & Quality Measures
Act as a clinical subject matter expert (SME) for population health reporting and/or quality measures (HEDIS, STAR, eCQM, MVP) analytics for health system customers.
Ensure that clinical data models and quality measures align with industry standards and regulatory requirements and meet the requirements of the healthcare customers.
Support the development and validation of population health metrics within the analytics solutions and lead validation with technical and relevant business stakeholders internally and with customers.
Product Development & Implementation
Partner with product leadership and engineering to define population health use casesand build as part of the Population Health Decision Hub analytics module.
Validate data models, ensure logic, and transformations to ensure accuracy in clinical and financial reporting.
Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and technical teams to optimize deployment of the solution in defined timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with health system administrators, clinical leaders, and providerstakeholders to interpret their reporting and data needs.
Partner with the Account Engagement Manager to guide clients through data validation, end-user adoption, and stakeholder training.
Engage with product and engineering teams to ensure product compliance and alignment with evolving healthcare guidelines and the needs of the customer. Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in clinical quality measurement, population health, or healthcare analytics.
Expertise in one or more quality measure sets (HEDIS, STAR, eCQM, MVP).
Understanding of value-based care models and how quality measures impact payer/provider performance.
Experience working with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, claims data, clinical EMR/EHR data).
Ability to translate clinical workflows into actionable data insights. Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Experience with EPIC Clarity, Cerner, or other EHR data: more specifically knowledge of tables, data definitions, etc. to translate data into compelling analytics for population health metrics
Knowledge of CMS reporting programs, payer reimbursement models, and risk adjustment methodologies.
Prior experience working with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams is a plus.
Adept in SQL and technical data management
Strong SQL development experience is non-negotiable for this role.
Snowflake, Big Query, etc. Skills will be highly valuable. Compensation $120k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
