CNC Lathe Machinist

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated CNC Lathe Machinists to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating (setting up is a plus but not necessary) CNC lathes to produce precision components that meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Job Description: Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machines according to blueprints and work instructions Perform offsets, tool changes, and machine adjustments as needed.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) Maintain tight tolerances and ensure product quality throughout production.

Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to maintain production flow.

Basic Qualifications: 1-3 years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of G-code and machining processes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
