The role
Based at ATP Administration Offices in Jacksonville Beach, FL
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with some flexibility for occasional travel
The Test Center Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining company-operated PSI Testing Centers nationwide. The Test Center Coordinator must have excellent communication skills and will work with company personnel nationwide and PSI personnel as required to maintain airman knowledge testing at company desired training facilities nationwide. The position may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities
Establish PSI Testing Centers at ATP training centers where PSI Testing is desired
Maintain PSI Testing Centers in an ongoing manner that demonstrates routine compliance with PSI and FAA inspections
Maintain PSI Testing staff at locations in a manner that allows for continued PSI Testing operations during periods of personnel change
Maintains Systems and processes that allow for continued scaling up of the number and capacity of ATP PSI Testing Centers
Maintain and oversee a system that systematically and accurately compensates ATP PSI Test proctors
Coordinate with other company departments as required to maintain computer hardware and software systems
Coordinate with PSI and FAA personnel as required to maintain operational compliance with PSI processes and FAA regulations
Coordinate the TSA Inspection training and coordination with Training Centers
Other duties as assigned

Private pilot certificate or higher
