Production Supervisor - CNC - Kent, WA- 1501

Our client who is an aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a production supervisor with CNC Mills and Sheet Metal experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee department activities to meet performance goals.

Manage staff schedules, PTO, performance reviews, and compliance.

Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and AS9100.

Handle nonconformance and corrective action reports.

Support and improve the preventative maintenance program.

Conduct safety audits to identify and eliminate risks. Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience.

5+ years of CNC Aerospace manufacturing, engineering degree highly desirable.

Experience programming in Mastercam.

Familiar with AS9100 Quality System requirements.

Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.

Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Valid Washington state driver license.
