Instructional Aide

Phillips School District is seeking an individual to provide full-time

instructional support on days school is in session. This position involves

general education classroom instructional support, assistance with

classroom management, and monitoring students during

non-instructional times like lunch and recess. Ideal candidates would

have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Other essential

skills would include patience, flexibility, adapting materials for English

Language Learners and the ability to work well with others.
