We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for our Rockledge clinic location. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform splinting according to diagnoses.
Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Develop therapeutic interventions focusing on daily living activities
Educate patients and families about adaptive techniques and equipment use
Participate in discharge planning and provide home exercise programs
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
Qualifications:
Qualifications
NBCOT certified, graduate from an accredited college
Current state of Florida license, CPR certification
Experience in the field of Hand Therapy
Outgoing and energetic personality
