Intellectual Property (IP) law firm located in North Dallas is seeking a career-oriented paralegal to support IP counsel. This candidate must have a demonstrated history of professional longevity and commitment. We value individuals who have established stability in prior roles and are now seeking to build a long-term career within our organization. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with the filing and prosecution of U. S. patent applications, audit and manage portfolios to ensure patent applications comply with the patent prosecution process, assist with internal review and analyzation of documents, conduct research, monitor deadlines, draft responses to office actions, and provide general administrative support to attorneys.
