As a Surgical Technologist I for General Specialty Evenings, you play a vital role in providing excellent patient care in our state-of-the-art surgical environment. At Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, the largest hospital in Wisconsin, we are dedicated to innovative, compassionate healthcare.
The position offers:
Competitive Compensation: Pay range of $26.10 - $39.15, with opportunities for annual increases based on performance.
Generous Sign-On Bonuses: $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with distance-based relocation options, and an additional $2,000 bonus for PM shifts.

Schedule: Full-time evening shift, 8 or 10-hour shifts; includes on-call duties and the potential for weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, safe environment conducive to optimal patient care using aseptic techniques.
Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures and assist surgeons during operations.
Operate various types of surgical equipment and ensure the operating room is ready for each case.
Transport patients and manage surgical instruments to uphold a sterile field.
Exhibit knowledge of perioperative protocols while demonstrating strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Completed an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 6 months.
No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates!
