Surgical Technologist - General Specialty PMs

Join Our Dynamic Surgical Team! We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist I to be a part of our exceptional Operating Room team at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Position Overview: In this full-time role, you will contribute to the surgical experience by ensuring a sterile and safe environment. Your skills will help deliver optimal patient care and support our mission of compassionate healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surgical equipment and maintain a sterile field during procedures.

Assist with positioning patients, transporting them to and from the operating room.

Function as a Second Assistant, if needed, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.

Ensure proper cleaning and organization of the operating room pre- and post-surgery.

Adhere to aseptic techniques and maintain knowledge of various surgical procedures.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $26.10 - $39.15 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Full-time evening shifts with the possibility of 8 or 10-hour shifts.

Exciting sign-on bonuses: $10,000 for relocation and $2,000 for PM shifts.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hiring.

No prior experience required; we welcome recent graduates!

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver various equipment and patients.

Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
