Detailer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative 3D Detailer to join our team in Hazleton, PA. This role is critical in transforming design concepts into highly manufacturable products. You will work closely with both the design and production teams to ensure that product designs are functional, cost-effective, and production ready.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers and manufacturing teams to create designs that are easy to produce without sacrificing functionality.

Design Optimization: Evaluate existing product designs to implement changes that reduce complexity, cost, and production time.

Technical Drawing Development: Generate detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications that serve as blueprints for production.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs adhere to industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine design and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and output quality. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience in design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar roles, with an emphasis on Design for Manufacturability (DFM).

Skilled in CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor; strong understanding of common manufacturing techniques and materials.

Ability to evaluate complex designs and processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts across teams.
