Description

Summary/Objective: Manages the administrative and legal parts of the contracting process. Drafts, reviews, and manages agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and protection of Fuji Seal's interests. This role also involves maintaining organized contract databases, tracking deadlines, and communicating with various parties to oversee the contract lifecycle.

Specific Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Drafting documents: Use templates to prepare initial drafts of common legal agreements such as non-disclosure, vendor, and service contracts.

Researching: Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to the contract to ensure enforceability and compliance.

Ensuring accuracy: Carefully review contracts for clarity, consistency, and clear language.

Managing the contract lifecycle: Supervising the process from the initial request to the final signature and storage.

Maintaining contract databases: Organize and update contract repositories, track renewals, and monitor key deadlines.

Facilitating execution: Assist in obtaining necessary signatures and distribute the final documents.

Preparing summaries: Develop clear and concise summaries of lengthy contracts, emphasizing important terms and responsibilities for attorneys. Qualifications
