Overview

Providence College's baccalaureate program in Nursing is seeking candidates for adjunct clinical faculty positions. The successful candidates will teach clinical in their specialty area including medical surgical, pediatric, maternal child, or psychiatric nursing clinical at a partner healthcare setting.

This is an exciting and historic opportunity to join PC's newly established and shape an innovative, interdisciplinary curriculum for the next generation of students entering nursing.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidates will teach clinical groups in any one of the specialty nursing courses at a partner healthcare setting. Candidates with a master's degree in nursing and strong clinical skills in nursing are encouraged to apply.

Education and Experience

Candidates with an earned master's in nursing and a minimum of five years of professional nursing clinical experience in any nursing specialty area are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates will also need an active unencumbered license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island or eligibility to apply for such.
