As a ClassroomAide,you'llplay a critical role in supporting students with autism and other special needs, ensuring they receive the individualized attention they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Engage in family outreach and school-based activities.

Participate in professional development and training.

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals.

Assistin crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Document student progress and behavioral observations. Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Have:

High school diploma/GEDor higher (experience in special education preferred).

At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism.

Strong communicationand teamwork skills.
