School Instructional Aide

Pay: $18-$22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: AM or PM (school hours and after school hours)

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities

Support students individually and in small groups

Supervise during recess, lunch, arrival, and dismissal

Help manage classroom materials and supplies

Monitor student behavior and reinforce positive conduct

Provide support for students with special needs (if applicable)

Communicate effectively with staff and families

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment

Location: Various school sites across all of Orange County, CA
