Title: Tax Credit Finance - Associate Attorney OR Counsel

Location: This position may be located in Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; or Orlando, FL.

We are seeking a senior-level tax credit finance associate or counsel with 7+ years of law firm experience to join our nationally recognised Tax Credit Finance team.

Qualifications Include:

7+ years of relevant law firm experience focused on historic tax credits and new markets tax credits.

Experience with renewable energy tax credits would be beneficial, but is not required.

Ability to handle all facets of a tax credit transaction from leading or assisting on initial structuring to reviewing financial projections and negotiating business and legal issues

Work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various tax equity and loan documents and opinions and conducting necessary due diligence, as well as overall project management

A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognised and accredited law school
