Position Summary

The Banquet Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the flawless execution of all banquet and event functions at our private club. This position oversees event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all details align with club standards and member expectations. The Banquet Executor leads by example, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown of events.

Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for accuracy and communicate all event details to the service team.

Lead pre-shift meetings to assign roles, review timelines, and clarify service expectations.

Coordinate closely with the culinary team, management, and support departments to ensure seamless event execution.

Monitor event flow and service quality, addressing challenges promptly and professionally.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all banquet areas.

Track inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; report shortages or maintenance needs to the Banquet Manager.

Support staff training and development to uphold consistency and service excellence. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of banquet or hospitality experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse service team.

Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and guest service.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule. Benefits:
