Plasma Table Operator

Menomonee Falls company is looking to hire an experienced Plasma-Flame Operator on 1st shift. Previous experience is required.

DUTIES OF THE PLASMA TABLE OPERATOR:

Clean Table - Rails (X & Y) Daily

Clean-Organize work area

Schedule Jobs daily by Due date & urgency

Review Due Dates and plan time following operations

Note/write completion date on finished orders

Move Job Folders to maintain job flow to next step

Clean Machine to maintain appearance

Use and maintain proper supplies and consumables

Check Job Order for shape or square Cut

Inspect parts for correct size tolerance within 1/16" and Kerf Squareness

Maintain high quality Flame & Plasma cut Quality on edges

Inspect parts for warpage

Perform basic maintenance

Deliver parts when required

Requirements

3+ years of plasma-flame operator experience

Basic math and measuring skills

Ability to inspect parts for size and squareness

Read job orders / basic prints

Valid and insurable driver license
