Are you passionate about producing high-quality print work? Worth Higgins & Associates, an employee-owned company, is looking for a Digital Press Operator to join our award-winning team. If you're a detail-oriented, hands-on problem solver with a love for technology and craftsmanship, this is your chance to shine!

What You'll Do:

• Operate and maintain a multi-color digital press (manual and automated tasks)

• Ensure all jobs meet customer specifications and quality standards

• Set up and troubleshoot press equipment for optimal performance

• Keep production running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Participate in on-the-job training to continually improve skills and productivity

• Cross-train on at least one other press to support team flexibility

• Lend a hand in other departments during peak times, absences, or vacations

• Embrace additional responsibilities as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Ricoh experience strongly preferred

• Indigo experience is a plus - or we'll train the right candidate!
