We re seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer/Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.

This role combines supervision with technical work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and custom fabrication systems.

Responsibilities: Supervise and perform facility/equipment maintenance Troubleshoot/repair mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, pumps, compressors, ovens, etc.) Manage contractors as needed Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades Fabricate/assemble custom equipment (welding, machining, hydraulic/pneumatic) Qualifications: 3+ years maintenance/manufacturing experience Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills Welding/machining experience preferred; PLC knowledge a plus Ability to lift 75 lbs; occasional overtime Why Join Us: Relocation support to a scenic PNW town Leadership role with hands-on technical work Stable, full-time position with growth opportunities Collaborative, innovative work environment Benefits: 401(k) + matching, health & dental, PTO, relocation assistance
