Emprime Solutions is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-service driven individuals to join our team as Overnight Concierges at a residential property in Jersey City, New Jersey.

We have immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions. Overnight coverage is needed 4-5 days per week, so flexible availability is a plus!

Shift Hours:

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Monitor building access and maintain a secure environment

Respond to resident inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently

Handle package deliveries and maintain logs

Communicate with management and emergency personnel when needed

Maintain lobby and common areas neat and presentable

Requirements:

Prior concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance

Ability to work independently and remain alert overnight

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Background check required
