Job Title: Hub Tutor Work Study

Job Classification: Student, non-exempt, hourly timesheet

Rate of Pay: $12.00/hour

Summary: The purpose of this position is to tutor students in various subjects 8-20 hours per week. The length of employment is routinely the academic year (fall and spring terms); however, some work may be performed during the summer as needed.

Job Duties:

Effectively tutor students in a targeted subject by walk-in or scheduled appointment.

Schedule work time with supervisor.

Attend tutor orientation and informational meetings.

Complete and turn in timesheets accurately and according to payroll calendar timelines

Abilities:

Good people skills and a helpful attitude.

Strong technology and database research skills and ability to communicate them to others.

Good organizational skills and take direction.

Attention to detail and accuracy completing tasks. Education and Experience: HS diploma or equivalent
