Pay Range: $40.23 - $49.06/hour (based on experience)

Fall River Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Emergency Department (ED) Nurse Manager to lead our emergency care team with confidence, compassion, and clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Emergency Department operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care 24/7.

Provide direct patient care and supervise staff in performing emergency procedures including BLS, ACLS, IV therapy, and blood transfusions.

Manage nursing schedules, staffing levels, and performance to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Lead staff education, orientation, and professional development initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to support department goals, policy development, and strategic planning.

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, communication, and excellence. Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Dakota (or Compact state).

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Minimum 3 years of emergency department nursing experience; leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.

Proven skills in clinical decision-making, team leadership, and communication.

Requirements

Education/Experience/Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with current RN license in the state of SD.

• 2+ years' experience as anN, preferable in acute care environment.

• Experience as a Nursing Manager in Emergency Department setting; preferred

• Valid CPR certification.

• ACLS/PALS certification within 6 months and TNCC/ENPC within 6 months.

• Knowledge and experience using EPIC.
