Description - Your Role

Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests across various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.

Validate results for reproducibility, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.

Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples as necessary for testing.

Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.

Promote a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines. Education

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation. Certifications

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.

Ensure current certification is maintained throughout your tenure. Skills
