Program Manager - BCBA

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager - BCBA for a part-time, school-based position in Pearsall, TX! The Program Manager will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.

What You'll Do

Conduct FBAs and develop individual BIPs, monitoring and adjusting based on student progress and data review

Develop data collection methods with fidelity

Supervise and mentor RBTs, training on ABA strategies, data collection, and implementation of BIPs

Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences

Develop safety or crisis intervention plans in collaboration with team Why You'll Love Working with Us

BCBA certificate in good standing with the BACB

1+ year experience working within school districts

Skilled at managing and supervising staff within behavioral support services and successfully engaging with school related stakeholder

Preferred: prior training and experience in organizational behavior management, including management or leadership experience of school-based behavioral support programs
