Bilingual Game Room Attendant

Tito's Playland in Plaza Mariachi Music City is looking for game room attendants in their Family Fun Entertainment Center to provide the highest level of customer service to their guests in creating an environment that is welcoming, safe and accessible. Game room attendants are to perform daily task and duties that include assisting guests with redemption items, answering general questions, promoting a fun environment and ensuring everything is sanitized correctly.

Responsibilities

Provide general Game Room information and pricing to students, staff, and guests

Resolve guest complaints, receive suggestions/recommendations

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of arcade games and console gaming

Open and close the Game Room daily

Operate point-of-sale system to ring-up all game transactions

Provide token refunds when necessary

Open and close point-of-sale system

Check-out/in board and card games, billiard and table tennis equipment

Maintain accurate daily log of equipment and games

Maintain accurate hourly guest counts

Manage lost and found items

Report game and equipment malfunctions, repair games and equipment as necessary

Make recommendations for games, supplies and equipment purchases

Maintain accurate inventory of games, supplies and equipment

Uphold and enforce Tito's Playland policies and procedures

General cleaning duties

Carry out other duties assigned by the manager on duty Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of board, card, table, and video games strongly preferred.

Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience strongly preferred.

High School Diploma is preferred

First Aid/CPR Certified is preferred

Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Must be Reliable

Must be Organized

Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) is required Experience
