ARDMS Cardiovascular Sonographer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to join a dedicated healthcare team serving the Northern Plains region. This role involves performing diagnostic cardiac sonographic procedures using advanced ultrasonic equipment to capture detailed anatomical, pathological, and functional cardiac data. The sonographer will collaborate closely with physicians and cardiologists, conducting imaging exams independently while applying professional judgment and adhering to established protocols.

Work Schedule: This is a day shift position with no holiday, weekend, or on-call duties.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates who have graduated from an accredited ultrasound program are preferred. Certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCs) in Adult Echocardiography (AE) is required. Additional certification in Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) is a plus.

Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of ultrasound experience.

Requirements

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (CPR) is required or must be obtained within three months of employment.
