Join a dynamic team in the energy sector as a Multi-Skilled Operator I, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing well operations and equipment performance in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

Responsible for well operations, including gas lifted wells, ESP's, and three-phase separation.

Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.

Prepare for and execute maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits.

Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.

Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.

Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests.

Track test compression data and conduct fluid level measurements using an echo meter. Skills & Qualifications

Valves: Knowledge of valve operation and maintenance.

Pumps: Understanding of pump systems and maintenance procedures.

Maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Technical Support: Provide technical and administrative support as needed.

Learning Ability: Demonstrated ability to learn terminology and standard procedures. Education & Experience

Qualifications: Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of experience. Pay & Benefits
