Travel Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized Physical Therapy treatment programs

• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams

• Educate patients and families on exercise plans and rehabilitation strategies

• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed progress notes

• Apply therapeutic modalities and interventions safely and effectively

Requirements for the Physical Therapist Role
