Reporting directly to the HR Manager - Turkey, you will act as a strategic and trusted partner to plant leadership, ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational objectives. Your expertise will cover the full spectrum of HR, including:

Employee onboarding, engagement, and relations

Reward and recognition programs

Talent management and development initiatives

Workforce planning and performance management

Organizational design and change management

Legal process management

Business Partnering to leadership team

Employee communication

How you will do it

Partnering with managers to strengthen talent management, succession planning, and leadership development

Supporting employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture

Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and HR policies

Managing HR records, Workday queries, and reporting processes

Facilitating training programs and career development opportunities

You are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a positive demeanor that will help elevate HR excellence across the plant.

What we look for

Required

Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles, with proven expertise in business partnering, workforce planning, performance management, pay review, talent management and development, and employee relations & engagement within a manufacturing organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of labor legislation

Ability to generate statistical analyses and HR reports

Proficiency in MS Office

Fluency in English
