Travel Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized Physical Therapy treatment programs

• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams

• Educate patients and families on mobility training, exercises, and rehabilitation goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed progress notes

• Apply therapeutic techniques and modalities safely and effectively

Requirements for the Physical Therapist Position

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience

• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making abilities
